Service to the Board of Directors and to the homeowners
that they serve is woven into the fabric of our communications
and efforts. In its systems, reports and responsiveness,
Lincolnway strives to provide the information, recommendations,
advice and counsel to the Board for the overall benefit of the
homeowners in your Association. We view our relationship with
your community as an extension of the Board and undertake to
communicate with community members as you would with your
neighbors.
Lincolnway Management is led by the following key people:
Louise Anderson
Louise is the President of Lincolnway Management and has been
centrally involved in the growth and development of Lincolnway
Management since its creation in 1978. Louise has developed a
method of property management focused on service, support and
communication backed by the determination to respond to the
desires and needs of Board members and the residents of the
communities that we manage.
Richard Roeder
Richard has over 30 years' experience in various financial and
accounting positions with such companies as International Harvester
and Brunswick Corporation. Richard assisted in the development of
several accounting software packages and was a principal with BCS
Corporation, a sister company to Lincolnway. Their skills and efforts
have developed Lincolnway's property, financial and accounting
management systems into one of the most highly respected in the industry.
Lincolnway continues to lead the way in the development of many industry
specific financial management systems.
Michael R. Anderson
Michael has over 25 years' experience in real estate management, finance and development.
Most recently, Michael served as Vice President and Director of Real Estate for
a major midwestern life insurance company, a billion-dollar institution involved in investments and
financial planning nationwide. Michael holds the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation,
awarded by the National Association of Realtors and the CMB Master (Certified
Mortgage Banker/Master) designation earned through the Mortgage Bankers
Association of America.
Each of these principals has served at one time or another as Board Member of a multi-family
housing Association.
In addition to these principals, our staff consists of professional property managers, accountants,
bookkeeping clerks, computer programmers and maintenance and construction personnel.
